How to Track Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from BuyGoods (our authorized retail partner) with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Step 1: Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the shipping confirmation email from BuyGoods.
  • Step 2: Click the tracking link provided in the email to view your shipment status.
  • Step 3: If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days, contact our support team.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after shipping
  • Shipping Method: USPS / UPS / FedEx (standard shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on the 6-bottle package

International Orders

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days after shipping (varies by location)

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipment notification. If the tracking still doesn’t work after 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us immediately at support@glucoarmor.com with your order number and the new address.
